Our Vision

Make an Impact

The community service and outreach team under the Society of Hispanic Engineers aims to make an impact within our community. Our organization is based on five pillars: Academic Development, Leadership, Professionalism, Community Outreach, and Chapter Development. Through these five pillars our team is creating a bridge to the next generation of students by organizing several outreach programs such as the Shadow Program and 'Noche de Ciencias' (Night of Science).

We believe that the best change we can offer our community as college students with experience in our fields is to be able to share our knowledge with everyone.

Through our work we hope to inspire students into becoming the leaders of tomorrow and eventually start giving back the same way we did with their communities. Like so, the cycle continues and we wish to slowly make the world a more educated and caring place.
